Custom beanies: cold-season coverage for your brand

A beanie that gets adopted is worn every cold day of the season — over a hundred brand impressions per head, per winter. We knit, decorate, and finish them in-house, to your spec, on the same schedule discipline as every cap we ship.

Cuffed

The standard issue. The folded cuff doubles the fabric exactly where the logo sits — embroidery and patches hold firm and read clean.

Cropped

Short fit, above the ears. Favored by crews that work outdoors and brands targeting a younger buyer. Small marks only.

Slouch / pom

Relaxed length for retail programs; pom tops for resorts, schools, and seasonal gift boxes. Contrast poms available.

The stretch problem, solved by technique

Knit stretches; logos shouldn't. Technique selection is the engineering decision on a beanie program. Direct flat embroidery on the cuff handles text and simple marks. For detailed logos, a woven patch keeps every fine line dimensionally stable regardless of how the knit flexes. A leather patch on ribbed knit is the current retail standard for outdoor and heritage brands — engraved, debossed, or stitched.

Yarn, thread, and patch colors are matched to PMS on your pre-production proof. A woven loop label at the cuff seam finishes the piece to retail standard.

Beanie questions

Direct embroidery on the cuff, woven patches, and leather patches. Patches solve knit's stretch problem — the patch stays dimensionally stable while the knit flexes around it. All produced and applied in-house.

Work backward from your distribution date: 21 days of production from sewout approval, plus mockup and proof rounds on the front end. A late-summer start is comfortably early; we'll confirm your specific date before you order.

144 pieces, with breaks at 288, 576, 1,500, 2,500, and 5,000. One size — no curve forecasting.

Plan the winter program now

The programs that land in November are quoted in September. Send the logo — the mockup costs nothing and holds no commitment.
