Sized for large-format decoration
The flatbill's high front accepts artwork other blocks can't hold: full-height 3D puff lettering, oversized woven patches, layered puff-over-flat compositions. Puff embroidery — foam raised under heavy stitching — is the signature application, and it's a standard line item on our quotes, priced in plain dollars like every other component.
Crown colors, visor color, under-visor (solid or printed), topstitching, and snap color are all selected by you and verified against PMS chips on the pre-production proof.
Built from panels, not pulled from stock
We don't decorate stock flatbills. The front panel is embroidered flat, before the cap exists — the only sequence that keeps heavy puff crisp at full size — then the cap is cut and sewn around it at our factory. One roof, one production line, one accountable schedule.
Operationally, the flatbill is efficient: the snapback closure is one-size-fits-most, so a team of 30 or an event run of 1,500 requires no size forecasting. The 144-cap minimum applies per style, with per-cap pricing improving at 288, 576, 1,500, 2,500, and 5,000 — and the ±3% count variance is billed at your same per-cap price.
