A performance cap is a materials exercise. Microfiber and poly-blend shells move moisture and dry between rounds. Laser-cut perforation ventilates side and back panels without legacy mesh bulk. Sweatband, binding, and closure come in matched or contrast colors — every one a specified, PMS-verified component on your proof.
The rope option deserves its own line: a contrast rope across the front seam is the dominant pro-shop look, and we build it in-house — rope color, crown color, and patch style all selected by you. See ropes and trim.
Decoration on technical fabric rewards restraint: crisp flat embroidery, a sublimated patch for full-color art, or a woven patch for fine lines. Flat-panel embroidery before assembly keeps thin shells smooth under stitching — a sequencing advantage of running everything under one roof.
Logistics note: these caps pack and ship light. On a tournament order of 576, freight follows weight.
Quantity math is standard across the line: 144-cap minimum per style, with per-cap pricing improving at 288, 576, 1,500, 2,500, and 5,000. The ±3% production count variance ships to you and is billed at the same per-cap price — never a premium.
