The tall, flat snapback front is the strongest platform we have for 3D puff embroidery — raised lettering readable across a room, or puff layered over flat stitch for controlled depth. For fine-line logos, a woven patch holds detail thread can't; screen print covers high-quantity casual programs.
All decoration runs in-house, and panels are embroidered flat before assembly. Flat-panel decoration is why our fronts read sharp instead of puckered — a finished cap resists the needle; a flat panel doesn't.
