Our art team turns your idea into a concept mockup — in 24 hours — and revises it until it's exactly the cap you specified. Fabric, structure, closure, decoration in every location, down to rope color. You see it before we ever talk numbers, and the mockup costs you nothing.
3. A line-item quote, in plain dollars
Your quote breaks the cap into its parts, each priced on its own line — the base cap, then every add-on. You see what each feature costs, so you can keep what matters and cut what doesn't. No codes, no bundles, no fine print.
4. Send your PO, approve your proof
With your purchase order in hand, we build a pre-production proof with exact PMS color matching — fabric, thread, snaps, labels, all of it. Want that blue to be PMS 301 instead? This is the moment to say so. Once you approve the proof, it becomes the blueprint for everything we build.
5. Production at our own factory
Your caps are cut, sewn, and decorated on our own factory floor — the same one we've run for 30 years. Most orders ship in 21 days from sewout approval. One detail that matters: we embroider each panel flat, before the cap is assembled. A flat panel doesn't fight the machine, so the stitching comes out cleaner and sharper. Not fancier equipment — physics.
6. Quality checks and honest counts
Custom production runs carry a small ±3% quantity variance — we'd rather over-produce and hand-inspect than ever ship you short. If a few extra caps come your way, they're billed at your same per-cap price. Never a penny more.
